Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ek78 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ek78 ("we", "us", "our"). Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the ek78 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ek78 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi national with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or other legal restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ek78, any of its affiliated companies, or any software provider whose games appear on the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party.
• You must not have had an ek78 account previously suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

ek78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a complaint. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) ek78 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, multiple identities, or shared devices — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ek78 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ek78 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. ek78 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you.

ek78 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Account applications from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited will be refused.

Identity Verification

ek78 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all account holders. This process is a mandatory requirement and is not optional. Players who decline to complete KYC verification will be unable to make withdrawals and may have their accounts suspended.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, valid passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming that you are aged 21 or above.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek78 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not process foreign currency transactions. Players are not charged additional fees by ek78 for standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; however, your mobile money provider's own terms and fee schedules apply independently.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ek78 wallet upon confirmation from the mobile financial service provider — typically within seconds.
• Bank transfer deposits via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or Dutch-Bangla Bank are typically credited within 1–4 hours, subject to the processing times of the respective institution.
• ek78 will not be responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile financial services provider.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ek78 may delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.
• Funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.
• ek78 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

ek78 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms published for each individual offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your ek78 wallet. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all bonus offers require a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements after expiry will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• ek78 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error or miscommunication that results in an incorrect bonus being applied to an account, ek78 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds erroneously awarded.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of all bonus balances, voidance of associated winnings, and account suspension.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ek78 Platform are operated using independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and unaffected by any external factor. The certification of each game's RNG is conducted by an independent third-party auditor. The house edge on every game is fixed and disclosed within the relevant game's information panel.

Each game on the ek78 Platform is governed by its own specific rules. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. ek78 does not accept claims of ignorance of game rules as grounds for reversing a settled wager.

Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the rules and procedures established by those providers. In the event of a dispute concerning a live game outcome, ek78 will refer to the game provider's logs and recorded footage as the definitive record.

• Wagers once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek78 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any deliberate attempt to deceive ek78, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or payment information.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the source of funds.

In the event of a dispute between you and ek78, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. ek78 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any consumer arbitration scheme or alternative dispute resolution body unless explicitly required to do so under applicable law.
